No. It is not a requirement that you must be available when our cleaning technicians arrive or while working. Do you know that a majority of our clients are not always at home when we are offering our cleaning services? We value trust, honesty, and professionalism.
All you have to do is provide us with instructions about what you need, how we can enter the premises, and any other relevant information like if you have unsecured pets, the area you do not want us to enter, and so on. If you prefer being home while we are working, give our technician full access to all areas you wish to have cleaned, without interruptions. If you work from home, we are happy to clean the home office first to prevent disrupting your work.
