You choose weekly, biweekly or monthly visits, and we assign the same cleaner to your home so they learn your priorities, your preferences and the way you like things done. Your weekends go back to you, and the house stays consistently clean instead of swinging between clean and catching up.
Every cleaner is a trained, background-checked New Image employee, fully bonded and insured. Our office team handles scheduling and questions, a field manager inspects homes a few times a year, and we send a feedback form after every visit. Weekly and biweekly schedules come with discounted rates.
What Every Recurring Cleaning Includes
Each visit follows our residential checklist, so you always know what to expect:
All Rooms
- Dust furniture, doors and door frames, window sills, blinds, ceiling fans, lamps, picture frames, shelves and baseboards
- Remove cobwebs
- Vacuum carpeted areas and mop hard floors
- Gather and remove trash

Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly: Which Is Right for You?
Weekly cleaning suits busy households with kids, pets or full work schedules, where kitchens, bathrooms and floors see heavy use. Biweekly is the most popular choice for Richmond families and keeps a home consistently clean at a lower cost per month. Monthly service works well for smaller households, condos and apartments, or homes that stay fairly tidy between visits. Seasonal and one-time cleanings are also available.
Most clients begin with a deep cleaning so their regular visits start from a clean slate. From there, you can adjust the schedule as life changes, add services such as interior windows or inside appliances when you need them, and keep the same cleaner from visit to visit. You do not need to be home: many clients share a key or door code, and pets are welcome to stay.
